His expansive portfolio of responsibilities will span a wide spectrum of critical operational and strategic functions. Specifically, Rouser will oversee talent strategy, comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, leadership development initiatives, employee and labor relations, workforce planning, executive succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and the cultivation of company culture.
Rouser brings to Mediacom an extensive professional background marked by decades of leadership guiding human resources operations for large, complex, and fast-paced organizations through critical periods of growth, large-scale transformation, and significant organizational change. His career is distinguished by a track record of partnering with executive leadership teams to align human capital strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring that organizations possess the necessary talent, structures, and cultural foundations to navigate shifting market dynamics successfully.
Most recently, Rouser served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Sodexo’s Campus segment. In addition to his leadership experience at Comcast, Rouser served as the Global Vice President of Human Resources at FreeWheel, a prominent advertising technology business.
